As a Project Manager in Construction Risk Management, you will manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing the quality of deliverables across the project life cycle. Key responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, cultivating client relationships, managing project scope and expectations, conducting inspections, and delivering progress reports. Strong communication skills, proficiency in project estimating, and experience in construction management are essential. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience in construction or construction-related field such as architecture, construction management, and/or engineering

- Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Understand design concepts, construction components and funding/payment processes as it relates to construction projects
