Job Summary
Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs to prepare budgets and manage costs effectively. Develop detailed schedules and work plans, then monitor progress to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed. Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and communicating deliverables while providing consistent updates on strategy and progress to stakeholders. Utilize industry best practices and project management software tools throughout execution to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline. Prior experience in high-end retail construction and detailed scheduling is required.
Required Qualifications
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-END RETAIL STORES IS REQUIRED
- PRIOR DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE IN DETAILED SCHEDULING IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or comparable
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- You will be asked to provide a projects list highlighting your experience as a PM in high-end retail construction

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification A PLUS
