Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day project execution for the Sales team by tracking timelines, managing client requests, and preparing documentation and sales materials. Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery while monitoring progress and reporting risks. Support proposal development, quote preparation, and CRM data entry to maintain accuracy, and provide follow-up on client requests to ensure high satisfaction. Assist Sales Managers with administrative tasks, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination. This full-time role requires overtime as business needs dictate and involves working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., examples here if applicable)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a team environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- This is a full-time position that requires overtime as business needs dictate
