Job Summary
Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface, developing relationships and driving projects to successful completion. Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, and costs to identify discrepancies and potential construction problems while managing safety, environmental requirements, and timelines. Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery and draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal templates. Advise on options to keep budgets on track and engage with marketing and business development initiatives. Requires proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or data center environments with strong command of Polish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment
- Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
