Job Summary
Lead the delivery of new Museum of Illusions locations from concept to completion by collaborating with architects on project plans, preparing cost estimates, and managing budgets. Assess site feasibility, identify and manage local construction partners, and oversee the full build-out process while coordinating third-party contractors. Monitor project timelines across all stakeholders, manage logistics, and provide regular progress reports to internal teams and external partners. This full-time salaried position with a bonus structure is based in Zagreb and offers supplementary health insurance, travel reimbursement, and warm meal provisions.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
