Job Summary
Conduct construction material testing, project observations, and site assessments under controlled procedures. Lead project meetings, manage client relationships, and develop new opportunities. Review project setups, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, monitor budgets, and initiate change orders. Supervise field personnel, address equipment issues, and handle lab, field, and administrative duties. Review, prepare, and submit invoices while completing project close-out tasks. Requires a bachelor's degree, five years of testing experience, and valid driver's license. Must work off shifts and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction related field of study
- 5 years of Construction Materials Testing experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
- International Code Council and ACI Certifications
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skills
- Internal PMCP completion within 6 months of hire
- Ability to lead and supervise others
- Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
