Project Manager / Construction Manager - Warehouse Project

Job Summary
Lead and support project success criteria for a warehouse construction program, including developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules; monitor project finances with the project quantity surveyor team; manage change control and documentation; lead cross-functional teams; ensure governance, quality, safety, health and environmental standards; manage client and consultant engagement and opportunities to develop new business; capture key learnings and project data in internal knowledge systems.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing warehouse projects
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity
- Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
- ASRS experience will be advantage
