Job Summary
Project Manager/Construction Project Manager leads engineering teams to conduct site investigations, assess technical feasibility, draft scope of work and budgets, create and issue RFPs to EPC subcontractors, negotiate contracts and change orders, supervise all subcontractors, develop project timelines with critical-path milestones, coordinate interconnection and permitting with authorities, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality, health and safety, environmental protection, and on-time delivery for infrastructure projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on a temporary assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering fields
- Proven track record of 5+ years of building & infrastructure project management experience
- Supervisory Certificate Class I or II, and Project Management Certificate Level I or II
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent presentation skills, with constant attention to detail and accuracy
