Job Summary
Lead project delivery from preconstruction planning through final turnover, managing financial performance, schedule adherence, and team coordination. Develop tailored construction strategies while ensuring client satisfaction, interpreting plans and contract terms for staff, workers, and clients. Execute critical path schedule development, RFI and submittal tracking, bid solicitation, proposal qualification, contract negotiation, and financial management. Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, handle field communications, and represent the company in project and strategy meetings. Formulate reports on work progress, cost, and scheduling, then compile as-built documents, develop punch lists, and address warranty claims post-completion. Works with superintendents and foremen to direct construction activities, actively participates in team building, and takes full ownership of assigned projects.
