Job Summary
Represent Leo to clients and vendors on all project subjects from inception to conclusion, acting as the lead decision-maker. Participate in conceptual development and oversee organization, scheduling, and implementation for capital improvements, rollouts, buildouts, and remodels. Collect and study information to control construction costs, prepare budgets, and evaluate vendor offers. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials with other divisions while managing permits, insurance certificates, and Master Subcontractor Agreements. Maintain strict adherence to established schedules and budgets, document team actions, and supervise employees regarding attendance and safety equipment. Keep all client portals, vendor documents, and project specifications current to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry
- Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results
- 3-5 years' experience in vendor management (bids, negotiations, contractor management)
- Technical/Trade knowledge of core trades, terms, concepts, repair resolution, and material
- Proven ability to successfully manage many project simultaneously
