Job Summary

Manage and lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Track project finances, implement robust quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 4-6 years of experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and earn between $90,000 and $120,000 annually. On-site locations include Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Stamford, and Syracuse in New York, as well as Syracuse, CT.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Professional certification in project management (PMP)
