Field-based Project Manager (Construction) overseeing 5-10 home renovation projects monthly across the DMV area; responsibilities include bidding out jobs, obtaining permits, managing contracts with trades and subcontractors, driving cost efficiency and schedule adherence, coordinating inspections, delivering equipment to job sites, and capturing final property photos. Requires 5+ years of real estate project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong MS Office skills. The role is fully remote with field-based travel to multiple job sites, and candidates should reside in MD, DC, or VA.
Required Qualifications
