Job Summary
Project Manager (Construction) responsible for field-based management of 5-10 home renovation projects per month across the DMV region. Responsibilities include bidding existing jobs, obtaining permits, managing contracts and trades, driving project timelines, conducting inspections, delivering equipment to sites, and taking detailed property photos. Requires 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building/renovations, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), and a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Fully remote work option is offered, with the expectation that the candidate will live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia and travel to various job sites as needed.
