Job Summary
Field-based Project Manager responsible for the management of 5-10 home renovation projects per month across the DMV area. Duties include bidding out jobs, permitting, ensuring projects meet timelines, recruiting and managing contractors/subcontractors, managing budgets to stay below target costs, overseeing inspections, delivering equipment to job sites, and taking detailed property photos to verify quality of work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
