Project Manager (Construction)

Lead the Field Manager efforts across multiple home renovation projects in the DMV region, coordinating project timelines, bidding, permitting, and contractor management. Drive to and manage work from diverse job sites, supervise 5-10 projects per month, recruit and manage subcontractors, monitor budgets, and ensure quality inspections and final deliverables—while leveraging Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation. Requires 5+ years of real estate project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to operate across Maryland, DC, or Virginia with field-based responsibilities. The role emphasizes scope management, cost control, scheduling, and maintaining project timelines with a focus on delivering completed homes to specification. This position offers full-time employment with total compensation between $80,000 and $130,000 per year, including base salary and bonus, and requires travel to various job sites within the DMV area.
