Job Summary
Field-based Project Manager responsible for overseeing 5-10 home renovation projects monthly across the DMV area. Responsibilities include bidding out jobs, permitting, managing timelines, recruiting and managing contracts with trades/subcontractors, reducing costs, ensuring inspections are completed, delivering equipment to job sites, and performing final home inspections with detailed property photos. Requires 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building/renovations or insurance restoration, and a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia and work across multiple job sites; this role supports a fully remote-claimed company stance but operates field-based with in-person site work. Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 per year, including base and bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
