Job Summary
Process all projects related to Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI's, and Change Orders while managing multiple transportation-related construction projects simultaneously. Review, track, and markup Construction Schedules, then prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Chair meetings and interface directly with clients and contractors. Requires a PE license, eight years of construction experience, and two years in project management. Located in Newark, NJ, this role offers a salary of $110,000 to $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Minimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience
- two(2) years of Project Management experience
- Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects
- Candidate should be motivated
- Candidate should be organized
- Candidate should be willing to work in the office
- Candidate should be willing to work in the field

- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Microsoft Office
