Job Summary
Hybrid Project Manager for construction/renovation projects in Rosemead, CA. Responsible for supporting project executives, developing scope and schedules, tracking budgets and critical path, coordinating RFPs with contractors and subcontractors, preparing status reports and invoices, ensuring AGM targets, and utilizing Project Development Services technology. Requires 5+ years of full-cycle construction project management, strong budget management, and excellent communication skills. Local on-site presence required Wed/Thu in the Fresno County area; hybrid arrangement with remote work ability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full cycle construction project management experience
- Ability to prepare and track budgets
- Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
- Able to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or an independent environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in construction management or real estate
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
