Project Manager Construction

Oversee the entire construction process from inception to completion, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Direct all involved parties as the primary point of contact, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, report progress, and manage expectations. Manage purchasing of construction materials and monitor project financials to ensure expenses are controlled and stay within the allocated budget. Provide support to project team members to ensure jobs are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering and at least five years of project management experience. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with Papiamentu and Spanish as a plus. Blue Bay Development builds luxury apartments, villas, and commercial buildings for the Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort.
