Job Summary
Lead and manage commercial real-estate and development projects for public sector clients from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality; serve as main client contact and align objectives with client strategies; coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors; develop project schedules, development budgets, and procurement documents; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; evaluate proposals/qualifications and assist in contract administration; prepare clear reports on project status, risks, and recommendations; mentor junior staff and lead client/design/construction meetings; use MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint to report on project activities and health; stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in project management, construction, and real estate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
