Job Summary
Project Manager for construction division serves as main point of contact for stakeholders (Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors) and oversees project life cycle including budget, schedule, risk, resources, and safety. Responsible for customer service, business development activities, proposal preparation, and interviews. Responsibilities include proposal/preconstruction support, coordination with estimating and purchasing, constructability reviews, staffing management, leading owner/architect/subcontractor meetings, progress reporting, cash-flow management, budget forecasting, change management, and closeout. Mentions mentoring staff, project controls (RFIs, submittals, material delivery), subcontractor documentation, and safety walks. Required experience includes a Bachelor's in engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred and 5+ years in construction project management; OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred; familiarity with cost/scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Timberline, Sage). Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
