Job Summary

Lead complex healthcare equipment installation projects from charter development through final completion, managing schedules, budgets, and scope while coordinating resources across customers, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor execution, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate adjustments resulting from product, installation, or customer-driven changes. Facilitate kickoffs, provide ongoing updates to stakeholders, and coordinate engineering reviews and documentation management. Assign actions, track accountability, and mentor Associate Project Managers through planning and execution. Support on-site management during installations wearing full PPE. Requires 4+ years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history. Salary ranges from $89,300 to $148,800 USD annually. Role is field-based with 60% travel to Connecticut.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • High school diploma with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, scope, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholder groups, including customers, vendors, and internal business partners
  • Ability to support On-site management during installations, including wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Must be available for 60% travel
  • Must live within commuting distance to Connecticut

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, medical device, healthcare technology, construction, engineering, or related industries
  • Experience in construction processes, construction schedules, trade coordination, site readiness requirements, facility renovation activities, or construction project coordination
  • Experience managing large-volume and complex capital installation projects
