Job Summary
Oversee project results through estimating, cost control, scheduling, budgets, and managing design-build shoring projects; supervise project team; review proposals; manage owner billings and payments; monitor budgets for profitability; execute change management; maintain client relations; assemble, distribute, and track document packages; provide guidance to direct reports; coordinate with Superintendents; ensure a healthy and accident-free work environment on the project; requires knowledge of deep foundations, earth retention, and ground improvement; travel to different work sites in the Pacific Northwest; strong communication and leadership abilities; EHS training experience; problem solving; adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 2 to 3 years of Field Experience
- 5 to 8 years of Increasing Project Management Experience
- Working knowledge of L&I, OSHA/EPA construction standards and EHS regulations and hazard control methods
- Demonstrated ability to conduct EHS training
- Ability to travel to different work sites in the Pacific Northwest
- Outstanding speaking, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to Adapt to Changing Environments
