Project Manager leading construction projects with responsibilities spanning setup, contract execution, procurement, scheduling, cost reporting, change orders, and coordination with GC/operations. Requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended, strong cost control and scheduling expertise, effective communication, mentoring of engineers, and field-site mobility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must
- Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
- Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
