Job Summary
Project Manager leading overall project oversight from setup to change orders, ensuring contract execution, procurement, scheduling, cost reporting, and safety compliance. Responsible for coordinating with the general contractor and owners, mentoring engineers, and delivering accurate weekly cost reports and forecasts. Demonstrates strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resource management, budgeting, and quality control across multiple construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management or construction management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Project setup, budgeting, buy-out, and cost reporting experience
- Experience with project scheduling, critical path scheduling, and progress tracking
- Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and supervise subordinates
- Experience coordinating with GC/Owner and internal Operations managers
- Ability to walk job sites and work on multi-floor scaffolding
