Job Summary
Concrete Construction Project Manager needed onsite in the KC metro to lead multiple concrete construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination; coordinating with clients, engineers and superintendents to align plans and goals; leading project meetings; developing and maintaining schedules and budgets; managing risks; conducting regular site inspections and quality assurance to ensure safety and adherence to specifications; preparing progress reports and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in concrete construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, equipment, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- OSHA certification and commitment to safety best practices in construction
