Job Summary
Buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en logística (3PL) para gestionar proyectos IT end-to-end, con capacidad para entender arquitecturas de sistemas, integraciones y productos digitales; experiencia en Agile/híbrido, gestión de stakeholders y comunicación entre negocio y tecnología; perfil proactivo para anticipar riesgos y desbloquear issues; ubicación Madrid con modalidad híbrida (al menos 1 día presencial a la semana).
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
- Conocimiento de metodologías Agile y entrega híbrida
- Experiencia en proyectos IT end-to-end
- Capacidad para entender arquitecturas de sistemas e integraciones
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples stakeholders y comunicar entre negocio y tecnología
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification (desirable)
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in logistics (3PL)
- Strong foundation in project management
- Agile and hybrid delivery experience
- Experience managing complex IT projects end-to-end
- Technical literacy to understand system architectures and integrations
- Ability to challenge and support technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Experience in Operational Business Process in the warehouse (a plus)
