Job Summary
Lead project management for compliance audits, corrective actions, policy implementations, and training rollouts using Compliatric. Create detailed project plans with owners, milestones, and status updates; track risks, dependencies, and barriers while escalating issues to leadership. Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives with Program Operations, HR, IT, and Finance to ensure consistent adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Support audit workflows before, during, and after reviews; maintain SOPs, checklists, and reporting tools to strengthen accountability and efficiency. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary range $75,000–$90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, compliance, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects, workflows, operations, compliance activities, quality improvement initiatives, healthcare administration, or related work
- Experience in compliance, healthcare operations, quality improvement, project management, or a related field
- Must complete a background check and livescan
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, compliance, project management, or a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional certification, Certified Associate in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma training, or similar project management/process improvement training preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environments preferred
