Job Summary
Lead teams of architects and engineers in community practice projects with an emphasis on Higher Education, K-12, and Civic projects. Responsible for delivering high-quality designs, overseeing project requirements, budgets, schedules, and design intent. Develop and review contract documents and construction administration, ensuring project success through effective QA/QC processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for sustainability and regenerative design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
- A minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience in a variety of Community (Higher Ed, K-12, Civic) projects
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate Revit skills
- Architectural registration
- Experience in new construction, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects
