Job Summary
Manage construction projects from beginning to end by developing procurement strategies, reviewing project scopes, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors. Monitor construction progress, worker productivity, and compliance with building and safety codes while maintaining the "Super Six" requirements. Train and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns, and utilize tools like ProCore and MS Project to track critical paths and financial status.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, material tracking log, miscellaneous materials and project overhead
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrates a willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, ProCore/Project Sight, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
