Job Summary
Full-time Project Manager - Commercial position in Savannah, GA. End-to-end management of commercial construction projects, including procurement/buyout planning, schedule control, and coordination with subs, engineers, architects, and vendors. Develop project buyout logs, track milestones, monitor finances, and lead team development (Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns). Requires strong financial oversight, software proficiency, and excellent communication. E-Verify participant; background checks and drug testing performed; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to monitor and understand the overall financial status of a project (subcontract status, vendor status, payroll, small tools, construction equipment, material tracking, overhead)
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, ProCore/Project Sight, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and performing the roles of Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent)
