Job Summary
Project Manager for Commercial Roofing responsible for managing multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish, coordinating with field crews, superintendents, and project coordinators; maintaining schedules and budgets; handling contracts, submittals, and documentation; working directly with clients, vendors, and general contractors; and ensuring safety and quality standards across systems such as TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing. Projects typically range from $1M–$10M with opportunities for career growth; the role requires coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience (roofing strongly preferred)
- At least 2 years in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role
- Experience managing commercial roofing or building envelope projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license
