Job Summary
Project Manager for Commercial Interiors at Aristeo leading complex interior construction programs, coordinating with customers, A/E reps, subs, and internal teams; establishing project plans/schedules, overseeing budgeting/profitability, managing subcontractors and change orders, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering timely handovers. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, and 7+ years in commercial interiors PM plus proficiency with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, Viewpoint Vista, and MS Office; travel is required and on-site work is mandated. Automotive-project experience is preferred and the role demands strong leadership, planning, and communication to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree is required
- 7+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors, including ground-up, tenant improvements, renovations, core & shell, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and millwork
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software
- Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
- Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship
- This position requires on-site work
- Willingness to travel for short and long-term assignments
