Job Summary
Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in commercial doors/frames/hardware will guide post-award commercial construction projects near Denver, CO. Responsibilities include reviewing scopes/plans, coordinating submittals, material ordering, lead times, and delivery sequencing; communicating with project engineers, superintendents, and vendors; partnering with internal teams on purchasing, fabrication, and shipping; tracking scope changes and change orders; resolving field issues related to materials; maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams; managing multiple active projects and supporting closeout coordination. Must be able to interpret specs and construction documents, read hardware schedules, and manage multiple projects concurrently. ERP proficiency required; relocation support available. Start ASAP; sponsorship not available; benefits include health insurance, 401k, holidays, PTO; hours Monday–Friday, 40-45 hours/week.
