Manage multiple commercial construction tenant improvement projects concurrently, developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules. Provide project estimates as needed and communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen. Coordinate independently with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while adhering to project timelines. This direct hire role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills to oversee the full lifecycle of tenant improvement initiatives in Columbus, OH.
