Job Summary
Manage commercial construction projects from bid award through closeout, developing budgets, schedules, and forecasts while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field crews. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Proactively resolve challenges to maintain quality standards and build relationships with consultants and trade partners. Requires 3+ years of experience, ability to travel 20% of the time within one hour of Portland, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to travel to project sites within approximately one hour of Portland, averaging about 20% of the time
