Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Manage client relationships and oversee project execution from estimate development to closeout. Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects while setting deadlines per the Scope of Work. Provide accurate resource estimates, manage budgets, and create reports on progress, costs, and scheduling. Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring timely document completion and cost tracking. Communicate project goals to all personnel, track milestones, and work with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely work. Complete invoicing accurately at project completion. Requires previous project management experience, at least one year of large customer interface experience, and construction environment experience. Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
