Project Manager-Commercial Construction

Job Summary
Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Manage two to three projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. Lead bid reviews, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement; coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients; maintain budgets and schedules; monitor change orders and ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct job-site visits, take ownership of project execution, and travel periodically for site visits as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP, CCM, or OSHA training are a plus
