Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from concept through completion in Providence, RI and Tampa area. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Requires 7+ years in commercial construction, strong budgeting/scheduling expertise, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; PMP certification a plus.
