Job Summary
Project Manager will oversee construction projects, acting as the liaison between Flintco and various stakeholders such as owner representatives and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, coordinating subcontractor selection, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with 5-7 years of project management experience in construction. Familiarity with project management software and strong communication skills are essential for successfully leading project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry and algebra
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing 200MM+ construction projects
- Professional certification such as LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE
