Job Summary
Lead construction projects from concept to completion by planning, developing, and coordinating all office-related activities to support the on-site field team. Manage multiple projects across various stages, including preconstruction, design, and close-out, while assisting with bid proposals and coordinating quality control and safety activities. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success, communicating expectations effectively to drive execution. Requires five years of construction experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore, and the ability to travel.
