Job Summary
Project Manager for commercial construction projects ($5M–$40M). Establishes project objectives, manages multiple projects, coordinates administrative/logistical support with Superintendents, prepares and updates schedules, leads weekly progress meetings with owners/consultants/subcontractors, plans procurement of materials/services, develops scopes of work and vendor coordination, manages project costs and supports accounting updates, schedules and attends job meetings, and oversees closeout. Travel to sites as needed. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years PM experience (7–10 preferred). Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project; strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering)
- Strong analytical/critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication
- Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
