Job Summary
Lead multiple commercial construction projects from objectives through closeout; establish project objectives, manage schedules, procurement of materials and services, and coordination with owners, consultants, and subcontractors; oversee vendor/subcontractor coordination, project costs, and accounting updates; schedule and lead weekly progress/design meetings; travel to project sites as needed; ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget with strong leadership, planning, and communication; proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering)
- Strong analytical/critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication
- Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
