Job Summary
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, and overall performance. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams while leading meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts; track costs, change orders, and budget performance to ensure compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership throughout the construction lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build delivery methods is highly preferred
