Job Summary
Manage construction projects from inception to completion by developing procurement strategies, reviewing project scopes, and coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and architects. Monitor construction progress, worker productivity, and compliance with safety codes while tracking long-lead materials and critical path schedules. Train and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and interns, and maintain comprehensive logs for buyout targets and financial status. This role requires proficiency in ProCore, MS Project, and Bluebeam, with weekly team meetings to document gains and losses. Reeves Young is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a drug-free workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, material tracking log, miscellaneous materials and project overhead
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrates a willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, ProCore/Project Sight, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
