Job Summary
Project Manager for commercial construction projects focusing on HVACR and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include planning all phases of the construction lifecycle, obtaining permits, ordering materials, coordinating equipment, managing change orders, ensuring adherence to plans, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control; supervising Foreman/Superintendent; communicating with clients and delivering progress reports; collaborating with architects and engineers; ensuring building codes and safety standards are followed; and supporting site safety.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Commercial Construction experience
- OSHA 10 required
- 2+ years of Project Management preferred
- OSHA 30 highly preferred
