Job Summary
Oversee construction projects from handoff to completion, ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and budget profitability. Lead project planning, subcontractor coordination, and quality control while managing client expectations and daily site operations. Develop site logistics, review shop drawings, and administer change orders and submittals. Maintain RFI and JSI logs, track man-hour budgets, and coordinate weekly safety meetings. Manage subcontractor labor, order materials, and support the Regional General Manager in administering insurance programs. Travel to project locations as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform duties/activities of workers supervised
- Have knowledge of and experience in construction site management
- Proficient in communication and organizational skills
- Advanced plan reading skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Fieldwire
- Advanced safety knowledge and performance
- CPR/AED Certified
- OSHA 30 hour
- STSC certified
- Full time salary position, requiring minimum of 40 hours/week on site or in the regional office
- weekend work may be required
- Must be able to effectively handle large workloads
- Should be capable of walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling and balancing
- Lift up to 50lbs
