Job Summary
Project Manager for our Colorado office leading major capital projects. Responsible for developing and managing project timelines, budgets and scope from concept to full buildout; coordinating with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables and requirements; creating and maintaining project documentation (plans, risk management, status reports); monitoring and managing performance of contracts and services; serving as primary liaison between ICR, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes and ICR standards; reviewing design plans and contract documents; managing procurement of contractors and consultants; identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies; and preparing budgets and financial reporting. Requires ability to work independently, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required. Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 plus comprehensive benefits.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or interior design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a project manager
- U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship
- Drug screen as part of hiring process
- Periodic travel may be required
