Job Summary
Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle from planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and handover for chemical dosing systems, bridge scrapers, and other Colloide technologies. Develop programmes, budgets, and resource plans while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. Oversee production activities including fabrication, assembly, and Factory Acceptance Testing, coordinating with site personnel, subcontractors, and clients to maintain safety, quality, and compliance. Lead Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers, managing multidisciplinary teams and supporting commercial negotiations and contract variations. Report to the Senior Project Manager with occasional UK travel.
Required Qualifications
- Significant project management experience (typically 5+ years) in the Engineering sector
- Experienced in leading medium to large projects
- Experience managing contractors, live-site works, and project risk
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience in industry standard project management processes and controls – financial control, resource management, risk & issue management, planning, change control, benefits management, reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator able to engage with senior clients and stakeholders
- Formal project management qualification

- Experience within the water, wastewater, process, or industrial engineering sectors
