Job Summary
Lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting for large-scale distribution-center projects from concept to completion; coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; serve as primary client contact with regular updates and issue resolution; ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and best practices; identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on time and within budget; requires strong communication and leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (PMP preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing distribution center or industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of logistics infrastructure, material handling systems, and safety compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification preferred
